Children are at the heart of our work. Every child has the right to be safe with us. We do not accept any harm to a child, and we report abuse to the police.

Our promise

• Everyone who works with children is checked first and signs our code of conduct.
• No adult from our team is ever alone with a child.
• We take photos of children only with a parent’s permission, and remove any photo on request.
• Every concern is taken seriously and acted on the same day.

If you visit or volunteer

• Never be alone with a child.
• Don’t share your phone number or social media with children.
• Don’t post photos of children from our programmes.
• Tell us straight away if something worries you.
