Maitri Manthan Sansthan does not sell or ship any physical goods through this website. Everything you pay through this site is a donation, so there is nothing to deliver or exchange.
What you receive
- Payment confirmation
- Razorpay emails you a confirmation as soon as your donation goes through.
- Donation receipt
- We email you a receipt from namaste@maitrimanthan.org within 7 working days. Nothing is sent by post.
If your receipt has not arrived after 7 working days, write to us with your payment ID.
Exchanges
As we do not sell goods, there is nothing to exchange. If you made a donation in error, see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
